During business hours, call promptly

Even if you are not sure your animal is experiencing an emergency situation, a discussion can help us collectively decide if that animal should be seen urgently, treated with supplies you may have on hand, or can wait to be seen at a later point.
After-hours services for non-regular clients will be limited, and determined on a case-by-case basis
When calling for an emergency, be prepared to leave a message with the following information
Your name, address of the animal, contact phone number. Please provide your address if it differs from where your animal is located.
Patient information: Name or ID number, approximate age, animal breed or type, location
How long ago the problem began
If any medical therapy has been administered to the animal
Details relevant to the specific type of problem (e.g. size and location of wounds, intake of feed/water, complete vs. partial weight-bearing if an animal is lame, what can be seen/felt if an animal is in labor)
